Weight Loss

It is 2012 and I need to take control of my health.  I need to lose 100 pounds.  That is a HUGE number, but I realize that I need to take baby steps to get there.  I am going to make an appointment with my doctor for a physical this month.  I also just started Weight Watchers online..  Saturday was my first day and I think I've done good so far.  I also started Couch to 5K and more than the recommended amount for each day.  I signed up for a 10K at the end of the month.  So, no more looking back and beating myself up - I have to move forward and take charge.
